Circle of Love Pty Ltd Company Profile
Company Director & Circle of Love – Sydney North Franchisee – Kim Williams
Kim Williams’ background is in the Corporate world. She started as a Junior Photographer in her family’s Audio Visual Company, advancing through to producing Product Launches and Corporate Events for some of Australia’s top companies. Kim’s strengths include time management, attention to detail and a strong sense of customer service combined with a creative side.
In 2009 she moved, part time, from dealing with large companies to the one-on-one experience of dealing with couples as a Wedding Planner. As with many Wedding Professionals this happened after organising her own Wedding and realising it was not that different to the skill set she had already developed.
When an opportunity arose to become a Circle of Love franchisee Kim could see that she could use those skills, learn some more and become part of a fantastic company.
Although she loves a Wedding, she also loves being behind-the-scenes, the planning, organising and the details that make it all come together while relieving her brides of any stress.
After owning Circle of Love ~ Sydney North for almost 3 years, in December 2015 she took over the Company as Franchisor/Director.

Circle of Love – Gold Coast South Franchisee – Nicole Eden
Originally from Melbourne, Nicole moved to the Gold Coast four years ago and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and feel of the place. With all of the beautiful beaches and differing areas the Gold Coast has to offer.
Nicole began studying a Diploma of Event Management several years ago which led her to go on and complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Sports Management. Though she originally had more of an interest with sports events and co-ordination, a meeting with former Circle of Love Company Director Jessica to assist with a wedding open day, helped Nicole to realise her true passion was in styling and co-ordination and with her previous love of weddings. It just highlighted that this is what she wanted to be doing; to be able to help create and share a couple’s ceremony, and then see the delight and happiness on their face on their special day.
Nicole researched different ceremony styling companies in the Gold Coast area, but from the start knew that Circle of Love’s professionalism, style, personality and what it represented was the right fit for her.
Nicole looks forward to meeting you & creating an event indicative of you.

It has been the best career change Penny has ever made and never thought she would be where she is today! Penny quotes ,’What a unique and rewarding Industry this really is!’
Penny resides in the beach side town of Kingscliff in Northern NSW. Being an adventurous and outdoors person she has extensive knowledge of many wonderful locations on the coast for an outdoors Wedding Ceremony.
Penny loves creating a unique and special setting for each couple which reflects who they are. Penny states, ‘It’s such a proud moment when the bride or family come up to you afterwards and give you a big hug with their appreciation! This makes my day!’
Circle of Love – Melbourne East Franchisee – Tamara Sidwell
As a young girl, Tamara Sidwell was planning that one special day in her life, getting married!! From the location, to the dress, ceremony and honeymoon, she had it covered.
After years of experience in the administration team of an events department, it was always her goal to one day become apart of this industry.
Tamara Sidwell grew up in south east Melbourne, but lived on the Gold Coast for 7 years in her early twenties. After meeting her childhood sweetheart at high school, Tamara finally had the wedding of her dreams and welcomed her first child. Tamara then decided to relocate back to Melbourne to be closer to her family, including her three sisters who she is close to.
When the Circle of Love franchise broadened its horizons to Melbourne, Tamara jumped at the opportunity to become a part of the team, but was quite apprehensive by the prospect of running a business with a small child. However Tamara is hard working, driven and has great support around her and will go to extreme efforts to meet her own expectations.
Assisting couples to create the wedding of their dreams is a pleasure and she finds it an honour to be a part of their journey as husband and wife.
Jillian grew up in a small country town in Far North Queensland. It was here that she met her (now) husband whilst attending the local high school. Twelve years on and their favourite thing to do is travel. They have been lucky enough to travel to many places around Australia and the world, including a romantic proposal at Niagara Falls in 2011. Jillian married her true love, Scott, back in 2012.
A couple of years ago, Jillian and Scott decided they wanted a change, so they relocated from Far North Queensland to Perth, Western Australia.
Growing up, Jillian was always the ‘planner and organiser’ in every situation from weekends away to birthday parties and holidays – she always seemed to have a plan in place. She always dreamed of one day owning a one-stop wedding shop.
Once she had planned her own wedding (from Perth with the wedding being in QLD) she realised just how much time, effort and stress went into it. But that didn’t stop her because she had so much fun along the way. After her wedding, Jillian knew she had to help others plan their big day so when she stumbled upon the Circle of Love Perth Franchise for sale she jumped at the opportunity and the rest is history!
In May 2013, Jillian became the proud owner of the Circle of Love Perth. To her excitement and nervousness, she secured her first wedding booking later that month. Three years on and Jillian has be a part of over 100 weddings.
Jillian is very proud that Circle of Love is now a well-known wedding supplier in Perth and continues to grow. Offering new services to help all couples requiring assistance on their big day. The most exciting part of this, for Jillian, is being able to plan, style and create a vision for the couple and turn it into a reality!
Circle of Love – Brisbane South/Ipswich Franchisee – Kelly Phipps
Kelly has had a passion for planning events from a very young age and has always been the coordinator of family and friend’s gatherings. It wasn’t until she started planning her own wedding that she realised how much she enjoyed it and needed to make a career out of it.
To increase her chances of getting into the wedding/event planning industry she went on to study a Diploma in Event Management. Once she had completed her course it was time for her to land her dream job and this is where she stumbled across the opportunity to own a franchise with Circle of Love.
Kelly has been with the Circle of Love family since April 2016 and has found the industry to be extremely rewarding. All the planning involved makes it worthwhile when she sees the bride’s face on her wedding day.
Kelly takes pride in her work and has a high attention to detail. She is very motivated and thorough in what she does and she enjoys making people happy. She understands that everybody’s taste in styling is different and enjoys the challenge that comes with that.
